About Anne
Anne (she | her) received her M.S. and B.S. in Molecular Biophysics and Biochemistry from Yale University, her Ph.D. in cellular physiology and immunology from Rockefeller University and her M.D. from Cornell University Medical College. Anne did her residency and fellowship in pathology at Harvard Medical School.
At Merck, Johnson & Johnson and Kenvue, Anne’s work included drug discovery, clinical research and drug development, multiple new drug approvals, team and project leadership, and product medical safety and pharmacovigilance. In 2017, Anne and her team won the Johnson Medal, J&J’s most prestigious award for excellence in research and development, for their work on the XARELTO program.
Anne is professionally certified as a Co-Active Coach by the Co-Active Training Institute, and as an Associate Coach by the International Coaching Federation. Her coaching skills are built on more than 26 years of focus, commitment, and success in leadership and talent development, as well as over 300 hours of rigorous coaching training and practice.
Her Mission
Anne is passionate about being of service to her clients by sharing her expertise and experience as a physician-scientist, corporate executive, child of immigrants, and working mother. Striving to be an ally to the LGBTQ+ community, Anne has a particular interest in coaching and supporting their families. Anne provides career, executive and life coaching to help clients find perspective and self-insight, and live richer and more fulfilling lives.
